As a practical and operational reality, most suppliers require cash or cash-equivalent settlement<\/strong> to mobilize resources, prepare equipment, secure permits, assign crews, and cover essential costs such as fuel, port and terminal fees, food provisions, and logistics.<\/p>\n Because of these realities, cash payment remains our required and preferred payment method<\/strong>.
