This includes (but is not limited to) services such as Wise, Remitly, Revolut, Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express<\/strong>, and other remittance centers or remittance apps.<\/p>\n Important:<\/strong> Money remittance is treated as an electronic payment method<\/strong> (not cash payment), because it usually requires manual claiming<\/strong>, branch processing<\/strong>, and\/or posting verification<\/strong>. This can create delays, especially on weekends, holidays, late cut-off times, or during heavy branch volume.<\/p>\n Because many Palawan Suppliers\/Providers require cash or cash-equivalent settlement<\/strong> for fuel, crews, permits, port fees, meals, and logistics, cash payment is still the required and most reliable option<\/strong> whenever you are already in Palawan.<\/p>\n Before sending any remittance, please contact us first<\/strong> to confirm the exact payable amount<\/strong> and the best remittance option for your booking. This helps prevent underpayment caused by:<\/p>\n Important:<\/strong> Your booking may remain unconfirmed if the amount received\/claimed is less than the agreed service price<\/strong>. Tours, boat operations, vehicle dispatch, permits, crews, meals, and equipment preparation are delivered primarily by independent local suppliers<\/strong> such as boat operators, drivers, guides, tour operators, and rental owners. As a practical and operational reality, most suppliers require cash or cash-equivalent settlement<\/strong> to mobilize resources, prepare equipment, secure permits, assign crews, and cover essential costs such as fuel, port and terminal fees, food provisions, and logistics.<\/p>\n Because of these realities, cash payment remains our required and preferred payment method<\/strong>. It is the simplest, fastest, and most reliable way to confirm bookings, reduce processing delays, and coordinate services efficiently. When possible, especially for time-sensitive arrangements or limited slots, we strongly encourage guests to settle in cash.<\/p>\n At the same time, we recognize that some guests may not yet be in Palawan, may be arranging payments remotely, or may need to secure their booking in advance.
